tempo swing most clubs have the same tempo swing. whilst taking a full swing consistency is the answer, this leads to clear contact to the ball < accuracy> with the swing, lead with your arms and take club smoothly away following your left shoulder. This will in turn lead to  transferring weight to your right side, your back foot should be almost clear of the ground on top of the swing for more accuracy pull the left arm at top of swing this transfer weight to your front left side following target, clearly seeing bottom of the right foot. Keep hands high close to your right ear. this the right swing that leads to accuracy.
slicing problems. most of this is due to crossing across the ball on the down swing. correct this by directing your club face correctly, you can achieve this, by imagining there is a connection to your club at the top of your back swing, pull against the imagined contact downwards keep the right elbow close to your side, this gives you the right direction for your swing and improve the right inside path, enabling you to swing out to target preventing slicing always ensure your grip is correct on club handle,  this really works.
bunker tips: r/h players play left of target generate slight fade..adopt open stance on  open clubface.. at  address swing along bodyline...ball will fly right of where  body and  feet are pointing......putting tips..one of the keys to making good putts is position of your eyes over ball you must focus on target or run the risk of going left or right of target.
